Ada Music Center is a full-service music store located in Ada, Oklahoma. We offer instrument sales, rentals and repair, as well as music lessons offered by skilled professionals. We also visit public schools throughout Oklahoma on a weekly basis to offer instrument repair, pickup, lessons and support to music educators. We believe in providing Service, Solutions, and Satisfaction to our customers.
Started by Denver Spence in 1970 as Spence Music, Ada's local music store has been an active part of Ada and the surrounding community ever since. In 1982, Denver sold his business to Jerry Howard and the music store became Howard Music Center. As time went on, Jerry Howard handed down the family business to his son Richard, who continued to operate Howard Music Center until 2004. At that time Richie and Holly Vallandingham took over and opened a new chapter under the name Ada Music Center LLC. Ada Music Center joins a long history of "Rentals | Sales | Service", and has no desire to change that history now. Richie and Holly Vallandingham are the proud owners and operators of Ada Music, and have been proud to do business the right way since buying the store in 2004. Many things have changed since then, including the opening of the store's new location in 2011, but one thing that will never change is the Vallandingham's commitment to Service, Solutions and Satisfaction.
